Coaches

When Coaches register on Connexpadel, we collect:

4. Preferences: preferred regions/countries to work in;

5. Professional data: certifications, experience, Coaching level;

Registration for Padel Clubs

When Clubs register or request a Coach, we collect:

When a Club registers on our platform, we may contact them to request further details about their Coaching needs, expectations, or requirements in order to identify suitable Coaches. These communications are directly connected to our core service of matching Coaches with Clubs.

This includes:

1. Informing Coaches about suitable job opportunities;

2. Requesting additional details to assess suitability for a Club;

3. Communicating updates related to an ongoing placement process;

Analytics & Improvement

We analyze usage data—often aggregated or anonymized—to understand how the Website is used and to improve its performance, features, and user experience.

When Coaches or Clubs located outside the EU/EEA receive Personal Data (for example, when a Coach applies for a role in a Club based in a third country), this constitutes an international data transfer. While we take reasonable steps to ensure that Clubs understand their GDPR obligations, we cannot control their independent processing of the data once transferred.
