We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to lead and develop a high-level padel club project in Limassol, Cyprus.

This is a strategic leadership position for a professional capable of overseeing operations, growth, marketing, events, and member relations, while ensuring high performance and long-term sustainability.

Role Responsibilities

​

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

​

Strategic & Operational Management

​

• Planning and supervising club development projects
• Coordinating facility upgrades and service improvements
• Managing operational workflows and staff coordination
• Budget supervision and cost control

​

Marketing & Business Development

​

• Designing and implementing marketing strategies
• Identifying sponsorships and strategic partnerships
• Managing brand positioning and club visibility
• Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics

​

Event & Tournament Management

​

• Organizing local and regional tournaments
• Overseeing event logistics and execution
• Ensuring high-quality member experience

​

Client & Member Relations

​

• Managing appointments and scheduling systems
• Maintaining strong relationships with members
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Acting as the main communication link between ownership, staff and clients

Leadership & Performance

• Motivating and coordinating internal teams
• Identifying risks and solving operational challenges
• Reporting performance results to management

Candidate Profile

Requirements:

​

• Minimum 3 years experience in sports management, club management or project management
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Experience in marketing or business development (valued)
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
