Compensation Package
Base Salary:
$2,500 net/month
Approximate Total Monthly Earnings:
$4,000 – $5,000+ net/month depending on coaching volume and additional activities.
Included Coaching Hours:
72 hours per month
Additional Coaching Rates (after 72 hours)
• Individual lesson: $31.5+
• 2-player lesson: $39+
• 3-player lesson: $44+
• 4-player lesson: $49+

Requirements
• Solid coaching experience
• Certified padel coach
• Good level of English
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday
• Willingness to compete in local tournaments
