CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for a motivated and professional padel coach who is passionate about developing both adult and junior players while becoming part of one of Zambia's leading sports communities. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced Head Coach and club management to deliver high-quality coaching sessions, continue developing the junior academy and help grow the padel programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a coach looking to gain international experience in a supportive, professional and community-focused environment.

ABOUT THE CLUB

 

​The club is one of Zambia's leading sports centres, offering world-class facilities for padel, tennis, football, basketball and a fully equipped gym. You'll join a welcoming international community and work alongside an experienced Head Coach who will support you throughout your transition and day-to-day coaching. The club values teamwork, professionalism and creating an outstanding experience for both members and coaches.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Good English

  • Certified Padel Coach (mandatory)

  • Good playing level

  • 20–30 years old

  • Previous international coaching experience preferred

  • Experience coaching children is essential

  • Professional attitude and excellent communication skills

  • Team player willing to work closely with the Head Coach and club owner

  • Passionate about player development

WORK PACKAGE

 

  • Approximate Earnings: $3,500–4,000 USD/month

  • Base Salary: $1,200 USD/month (first 80 coaching hours included)

  • 50/50 revenue share after 80 coaching hours

  • Tournament coaching opportunities (potential +$1,000 USD/month)

  • Performance bonus based on the growth of the junior academy

  • Private accommodation (no sharing)

  • Company car

  • Monthly fuel allowance

  • One return flight home per year

  • 30 paid vacation days

  • Unlimited access to a world-class gym

  • Equipment provided (rackets, grips, etc.)

  • Club clothing

  • Shoes provided
