CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for a motivated padel coach ready to join one of Russia's most exclusive sports clubs. You will work alongside an established team and help grow both the adult programme and junior academy in a fully supported international environment.
ABOUT THE CLUB
Located in one of Moscow's most prestigious residential areas. Currently 7 indoor + 2 outdoor courts, expanding to 15 by December 2025. The coaching team of 5 (Argentine and Spanish) works in a professional, international atmosphere with full lifestyle support provided by the club.

REQUIREMENTS

Certified Padel Coach (mandatory)

Good playing level

English required; Russian is a plus

Junior coaching experience essential

SALARY & CONDITIONS

Base Salary: approximately $5,000 USD/month (first 150 coaching hours included), depending on the coach's experience and profile.

+$40 USD/hour for individual sessions beyond 150h

+$10 USD/person for group sessions
