CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for a motivated and professional Padel Coach ready to join a growing padel project in Crete, Greece.
The club is looking for someone who wants to become part of a long-term project, build strong relationships with players and contribute to the development of the club and its padel community.
The coach will also have the opportunity to compete in local tournaments in Greece, representing the club and potentially generating additional income.

Salary & Conditions

Fixed Salary: €2,000 NET/month + extras

Approximately 140 coaching hours per month / 35 hours per week

Maximum 6 consecutive coaching hours per day
-
€15/hour for additional group coaching hours beyond 140h
-
50/50 revenue split for additional private lessons beyond 140h
Typical Schedule

Monday–Friday: approximately 15:00–21:00/22:00

Saturday: morning sessions

Exact schedule may vary depending on bookings and training sessions

WINTER CONDITIONS

Full fixed salary remains payable if fewer than 140 hours are worked due to weather conditions

Maximum 10 weather-related hours can be carried forward to the following month

These hours can be compensated through additional hours worked the following month

Any additional hours beyond those 10 hours are paid according to the agreed extra-hour structure

2-year contract, designed for a coach interested in stability, international experience and becoming part of the club's long-term development.
