CYPRUS – LIMASSOL
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for a motivated and professional Padel Coach to join a growing academy in Cyprus.
The ideal candidate should already have a good coaching foundation but, most importantly, be energetic, respectful, open-minded and eager to continue learning and developing as a coach.
The club is not specifically looking for a professional-level player. The priority is finding someone who is passionate about coaching, works well with players and is interested in learning and applying the academy’s methodology.
The coach will also have the opportunity to play and participate in tournaments in Cyprus, although competition will not be mandatory.
ABOUT THE ACADEMY
The coach will join a padel academy that is currently growing and developing its coaching structure.
The project is focused on creating a consistent methodology across the academy and improving the way players are coached and developed.
The selected coach will have the opportunity to learn this methodology, apply it with academy players and continue developing professionally alongside the project.
The club is looking for someone who wants to become part of the academy rather than simply deliver lessons.

SALARY & CONDITIONS
Fixed Salary: €3,000/month
Accommodation Support: €500/month
The club will also assist the coach in finding a suitable private apartment close to the club.
The coach will be employed as a regular employee of the club.
WORKING HOURS
Approximately 40 hours per week.
Expected schedule:
Monday–Friday

approximately 3–4 hours on Saturday morning
The exact timetable will be organised according to the academy’s schedule and coaching requirements.
