Padel Coach & Competitive Player
Connexpadel is currently recruiting for one of the leading clubs in Cyprus.
This is a strong international opportunity for a high-level coach who also wants to compete and represent the club at national level.
Compensation Package
The club is prepared to offer a salary around €5,000 per month depending on profile, structure and final agreement.
The structure of the package is flexible and negotiable, and will be adapted according to:

Coaching hours (target around 35 hours per week)

The final structure (fixed + variable) will be agreed directly with the selected coach.

Role Overview

Approx. 35 coaching hours per week

Helping develop the academy structure
Player Requirements
- Top 300 FIP or A1 ranking
- Minimum 3 years competing in FIP / Premier Padel / A1 Padel
- Active tournament competitor
- Proven results in professional tournaments
- Strong professional discipline & winning mindset
Negotiable Package
The club is open to structuring the agreement in different ways depending on the candidate’s profile.
